From their home under the arches outside Bristol Temple Meads Station, Hart’s Bakery is leading the bread revolution in the South West. They bake sourdough loaves, handmade croissants and pastries, and don’t forget the custard tarts. This video was filmed over a few hours of the morning routine with founder Laura Hart.
