About Us

Hart's Bakery was started in Autumn 2010 by local baker and chef Laura Hart. We specialise in sourdough, slow fermented breads and artisan pastries.

Our new bakery premises opened in December 2012, and is situated in a Victorian railway arch right outside Temple Meads station. We are really pleased to be part of an exciting time in this area.

Laura was recently featured on Bristol Kitchen Radio along with Claire Thomson, recorded in the intimate surrounds of a Redland family kitchen.
